Others informations Sometimes confused with Tricalysia that shares the same habitat, Bridson 1982. In Stoffelen 1998 (Doctoral thesis) shrub 2-10 m, leaves acuminate, sub-coriaceous, with glabrous extra-axillary crypt-type domatia, compared to eugenioides, taller shrub with larger leaves, shorter peduncles and large fruits and seeds.
