Small tree (5-7 m high); densely puberulous with small hairs; leaves with extra-axillary domatia crypt-type, glabrous; Not confound with C. decaryana (baracoffea long cycle of fructification). Opposed to C. vianneyi, the species has puberscent branchlets and calyculi. 1-2 inflorescence with 1 flower per axil, smallest flowers of any Coffea (= C. minutiflora); flower very short pedicellate or sessile, fruits unknown. |
